Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of both the United Arab Emirates and Canada, depending on the entity providing the service or processing the transaction:

• Sellhub Portal operates under UAE Trade License No. 1202328, governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
• Sellhub Digital Ltd. operates under Business Number 735420564BC0001, incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes arising from its operations shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

By using this Site, you agree that any legal actions or proceedings will be handled according to the applicable jurisdiction based on your transaction's contracting entity.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) or CAD (Canadian Dollar), depending on your selected payment channel. Prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable taxes, and the final amount charged will reflect your card's issuing bank exchange rate.

For your protection, we may require additional verification before processing a payment. All payments are processed securely through approved PCI DSS-compliant gateways.

Restricted Services

SellHub does not provide services to individuals, businesses, or organizations located in or under the jurisdiction of countries subject to international sanctions, including those under the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or equivalent sanctions programs. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity listed under such restrictions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into binding agreements.

User Responsibilities

Refund and Cancellation Policy

14-Day Right to Cancel: You have the legal right to cancel your purchase and request a refund for any reason within 14 days from the day after your transaction is completed.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Depending on your bank's procedures, it may take 10 to 45 days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

Delivery Policy

As all products are digital, delivery occurs electronically:

• Delivery Method: Products are delivered via email, secure download link, or directly in your SellHub account.
• Proof of Delivery: A confirmation email containing your order and access link will serve as delivery proof.

Payment Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after your payment has been processed successfully, containing:

• Transaction ID
• Amount paid
• Product details
• Access or download link

Lifetime Access Definition

"Lifetime Access" refers to one (1) year from the activation date, unless otherwise stated. Renewal or extended access may be subject to additional fees or updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

While SellHub makes every effort to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. SellHub will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or software malfunction, resulting from the use of our digital products or website.
