Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP" or "Policy") describes the activities that are prohibited when you use the software products, license keys, downloads, and support services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Sellhub Digital Ltd., operating as "SellHub Digital" ("we", "us", "our") through digital.sellhub.io.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement. By purchasing, activating, or using any SellHub Digital Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your license, refusal of refunds, account closure, and — where appropriate — referral to law-enforcement authorities.

1. Who This Applies To

This AUP applies to every person or entity that:

• Purchases, activates, downloads, or installs any SellHub Digital Software;
• Holds or uses a SellHub Digital License Key;
• Interacts with our support channels (email, phone, contact form);
• Accesses any page on digital.sellhub.io.

2. Lawful Use Required

You must use our Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of:

• Canada (the country in which Sellhub Digital Ltd. is incorporated);
• The United Arab Emirates (where we operate our portal entity);
• Your country of residence; and
• Any country from which you access or use the Software.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Software, your License Key, or any SellHub Digital resource to do any of the following:

3.1 Piracy, Cracking, and License Abuse

• Share, resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or distribute your License Key to any third party;
• Generate, use, or distribute cracked, patched, pirated, keygen-generated, or otherwise unauthorized copies of the Software;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any activation, license-validation, anti-piracy, or DRM mechanism in the Software;
• Run the Software on more devices than your tier permits (see EULA Section 4);
• Create accounts or place orders using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment credentials, or false billing information;
• Initiate chargebacks for legitimately delivered, working License Keys without first contacting our support team and exhausting the refund process in our Refund Policy.

3.2 Reverse Engineering and Derivative Use

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software (except where applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction);
• Modify, port, or create derivative works of the Software;
• Use the Software, its outputs, or its internal data structures to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any competing product, machine-learning model, or AI system;
• Repackage Software components into your own asset packs, template files, or paid distributions (this includes asset products like TextureForge 4K, ShaderForge Elite, and Cinema LUT Collection — see EULA Section 7).

3.3 Malicious, Harmful, or Disruptive Use

• Use the Software as part of, or to deliver, malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, rootkits, or any other malicious code;
• Use the Software to launch denial-of-service (DoS / DDoS) attacks, port scanning, network intrusion, or any form of unauthorized access;
• Use the Software to harvest credentials, scrape data without authorization, or facilitate identity theft;
• Tamper with the Software to install backdoors, hidden processes, or unauthorized telemetry in any system you do not own or are not expressly authorized to modify;
• Install the Software on systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to administer.

3.4 Resale and Misrepresentation

• Resell, rebrand, or "white-label" our Software as your own product or service;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with SellHub Digital — for example, claiming to be an "official partner", "authorized reseller", or "support agent" without a written agreement;
• Impersonate SellHub Digital staff on third-party platforms, forums, or messaging apps;
• Use SellHub Digital trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material outside the scope of fair use without our written permission.

3.5 Sanctions, Export Control, and Restricted Jurisdictions

The Software is subject to Canadian and applicable international export-control and sanctions laws. You may NOT download, install, activate, or use the Software:

• If you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of any country or region subject to a comprehensive sanctions program (currently including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine);
• If you are listed on Canada's Consolidated Autonomous Sanctions List, the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the UN Security Council Consolidated List, the UAE Terrorism List, or any equivalent restricted-party list;
• For any end-use prohibited by applicable export-control laws, including nuclear, chemical, biological, or missile-technology applications.

3.6 Support-Channel Abuse

Our support channels (support@sellhub.io, phone, contact form) are provided in good faith to assist customers. You may NOT:

• Abuse, threaten, harass, intimidate, or discriminate against any SellHub Digital staff member;
• Submit fraudulent refund requests, fake order IDs, or false claims of non-delivery for License Keys that were validly issued;
• Flood support channels with spam, automated requests, or duplicate tickets in an attempt to disrupt service;
• Use support channels to solicit, market, recruit, or distribute unrelated commercial offers.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to purchase or use the Software. Underage activations will be terminated and refunded once we are notified or identify the account.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy — for example, a cracked copy of our Software being distributed or an unauthorized reseller — please report it to:

• Email: support@sellhub.io (subject line: "AUP Violation Report")
• Include as much detail as you reasonably can: URLs, screenshots, license key (if any), and the nature of the violation.

We investigate every credible report. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter to the violator without your consent or unless required by law.

6. Enforcement

When we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice:

• Revoke or deactivate your License Key(s);
• Suspend or terminate your access to the Software, updates, and support;
• Refuse any pending or future orders from you;
• Decline refund requests related to the violating account;
• Initiate chargeback disputes with the payment processor;
• Pursue civil claims for damages, injunctive relief, or recovery of legal costs;
• Cooperate with and refer the matter to law-enforcement authorities, including providing transaction logs, IP addresses, license activation history, and billing data as permitted by law.

We may also act on requests from our payment processors and our banking partners when they identify violations on their side.

7. Survival

The obligations in this Policy that by their nature should survive termination — including restrictions on reverse engineering, derivative use, resale, and export-control compliance — continue after your license ends.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to address new threats, comply with payment-processor requirements, or reflect changes in the law. Material changes will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

9. Relationship to Other Agreements

This AUP supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, Privacy & Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If any conflict exists between this AUP and another agreement, the more restrictive provision controls.
