Step 1: check your spam/junk folder. About 80% of "missing" deliveries land there because gmail/outlook flag transactional emails with attachments. Step 2: search your inbox for "sellhub" or "Sellhub Store". Step 3: if still nothing after 30 minutes, email support@sellhub.io with your order ID — we resend within minutes.

Yes. Lifetime licenses transfer up to 3 times per year. Email us with your order ID and the new machine details — we'll handle it within minutes.
Our products work exclusively through documented Windows, DirectX, and Vulkan APIs — the same surface that Nvidia, AMD, and Microsoft tools use. We never inject into other processes, never modify other software files, never read other software memory.
Our published numbers (e.g. "higher FPS") come from our internal 38-rig lab fleet. Real-world results depend on your CPU, GPU, RAM, drivers, background apps, refresh rate, in-game settings, and dozens of other variables. Some users see much bigger gains; some see smaller. If you're seeing no improvement at all, contact support — there's usually a config issue we can fix.
