These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Sellhub Digital Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (Business No. 735420564BC0001), operating as "SellHub Digital" with corporate offices in Canada and the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our", "SellHub"). By accessing this website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from SellHub Digital. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Our products and services are not available in, and we will not knowingly process orders from, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, or any other applicable sanctioning authority — including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
SellHub Digital sells digital software products including performance utilities, optimization tools, and system enhancement software. All products are first-party software developed or licensed by SellHub Digital — we do not resell counterfeit, pirated, or third-party-restricted materials.
Every license has an Activation Date, which is the date the license key is delivered to the email address provided at checkout. The Activation Date is the start of the license term, regardless of when you first install, register, or use the software.
All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and check your spam folder. If you have not received your delivery within 30 minutes, contact support@sellhub.io.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Billing descriptor: charges from us will appear on your credit or debit card statement as "Sellhub Store". If you see this charge and don't recognize it, contact our support team immediately at support@sellhub.io before disputing with your bank — we resolve 95%+ of unrecognized-charge concerns within minutes.
By completing your purchase and receiving your license key, you expressly consent to the immediate performance and delivery of the digital product. You acknowledge that, because the product is digital content delivered instantly, returns or "change of mind" cancellations are not available once the license key has been issued. This does not affect product-quality protections under our Refund Policy below.
If a product doesn't work as advertised and our support team can't resolve the issue, we will refund you in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions, what qualifies, what doesn't, and how to request a refund.

If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues — unrecognized charges, failed deliveries, activation problems, or refund requests — are resolved within minutes. Our support team is available 24/7 via email at support@sellhub.io, with an average first-response time of under 4 minutes.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the loss of access to your purchased software, suspension of future orders, and may constitute fraud under applicable payment-card-network rules.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." Performance figures published on this website (e.g., "higher FPS", "lower ping") represent typical results from our internal lab testing and may vary based on your hardware, software environment, network conditions, and usage patterns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellHub Digital's total liability arising from your use of any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying source code — is the property of SellHub Digital or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you additional rights.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us directly at support@sellhub.io. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; for substantive changes, we may additionally notify you by email to the address you provided at checkout.
SellHub Digital is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, internet or telecommunications failure, payment-processor outage, denial-of-service attacks, or third-party service disruption.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely matches the original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy & Refund Policy, EULA, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SellHub Digital regarding our products and services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral).
SellHub Digital may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets) without prior notice to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Legal notices to SellHub Digital must be sent in writing to support@sellhub.io with "Legal Notice" in the subject line, or by registered mail to our Canadian office at 12623 104 Ave, Surrey, BC V3V 3H8. We will deliver notices to you by email to the address you provided at checkout, or by prominent notice on our website. Notices are deemed received on the next business day after sending.
