This Cookie Policy explains how Sellhub Digital Ltd., operating as "SellHub Digital" ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies, browser local-storage, and similar technologies on digital.sellhub.io (the "Site"). It is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

1. What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to remember information about your visit — like your consent choices — so it doesn't have to ask you again on the next page.

We also use related technologies that act like cookies for compliance purposes, including:

• Local storage — key/value pairs stored in your browser that persist until you clear them (this is what we use to remember your cookie-consent choice).
• Session storage — like local storage but cleared when you close the tab.
• Pixel tags / web beacons — tiny image requests used to count page views (we do not use third-party advertising pixels).

3.2 Analytics (Opt-In)

If — and only if — you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, the following analytics cookies are set. If you click "Decline analytics" we set window['ga-disable-G-4DQ4RG7WKQ'] = true and these cookies are never created.

Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated, pseudonymized information including: pages viewed, time on page, approximate geographic region (city level, derived from IP), device type, browser, operating system, and referring URL. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymization and have disabled Google Signals, advertising features, and remarketing.

4. Why We Use Cookies

• To remember your consent choice so we don't ask again on every page (essential);
• To complete your purchase through our payment processor (essential);
• To understand how the Site is used in aggregate — which pages perform well, where visitors drop off — so we can improve product and content (analytics, opt-in only);
• To debug technical issues when you report a problem (essential, short-lived).

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functional, secure website and honoring your privacy choices, and they fall under the ePrivacy Directive's "strictly necessary" exemption (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).
• Analytics cookies are placed only with your explicit, prior, informed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), captured through the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using the methods in Section 7.

6. Third-Party Cookies and International Transfers

6.1 Google Analytics

If you opt in, Google Analytics processes data on our behalf as a data processor under a Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) data-processing agreement. Some processing may occur on Google servers in the United States; Google relies on SCCs and supplementary measures (encryption, IP truncation) as the lawful transfer mechanism. 6.2 Payment Processor

Our checkout pages are hosted on the subdomain checkout.sellhub.io, operated by our third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. The processor sets its own first-party cookies on checkout.sellhub.io for fraud prevention and session security. Their cookie use is governed by the processor's own privacy notice, which you can review on the checkout page footer.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect data from children. If you believe a child has interacted with our Site, please contact us so we can delete the relevant records.
