Privacy & Refund Policy

This policy describes how Sellhub Digital Ltd. (Canada, Business No. 735420564BC0001) and our affiliate Sellhub Portal (UAE, Business No. 1202328) (together "SellHub Digital", "we", "us") collect, use, and protect your personal information, and explains our refund process.

Privacy Policy

Data Controller

Sellhub Digital Ltd. (Canada) is the primary data controller for all customer information. For privacy-related questions or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact support@sellhub.io.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver your purchase and provide support:

  • Account & order info: your name, email address, billing country, products purchased, transaction amount, license keys issued.
  • Payment info: processed directly by our payment processor (see below). We do not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.
  • Technical info: IP address, browser type, device fingerprint — used for fraud prevention and license validation.
  • Support correspondence: any messages you send us by email, chat, or form.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process your order and deliver license keys.
  • To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, money laundering, and unauthorized license sharing.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, license renewal reminders, support replies).
  • To comply with our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • To improve our products, services, and customer experience.

Payment Processing & Data Sharing

Payments are handled by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. SellHub Digital is PCI-DSS compliant under SAQ D and does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.

We share limited data with:

  • Email providers — to deliver license keys and support replies.
  • Google Analytics — anonymized usage data, opt-in via our cookie banner.
  • Government authorities — only when legally required.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sub-processors

We engage trusted third-party service providers to deliver our services, each contractually bound to protect your data:

  • Payment processing — third-party PCI-compliant processor for card transactions and fraud screening.
  • Transactional email delivery — to send license keys, receipts, and support replies.
  • Cloud hosting — to serve our website and license-distribution infrastructure.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, anonymized, opt-in via our cookie banner.

Data Retention

We retain order records for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Canadian and UAE law. Support correspondence is retained for 2 years. Fraud-related records may be retained longer for legal-defence purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@sellhub.io, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach that poses a meaningful risk to you, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and report to the competent authority where required by Canadian or UAE law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact support@sellhub.io and we will promptly delete the information.

Marketing Communications

By default we only send you transactional emails related to your purchase: order confirmations, license-key delivery, support replies, and important account or security notices. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately opted in. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email or by emailing support@sellhub.io.

Your Rights

You may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
  • Lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@sellhub.io — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels. You can opt out at any time using browser-level controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Security

We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and PCI-DSS SAQ D compliance for our own systems (we do not store cardholder data; all card processing is handled by our third-party PCI-compliant payment processor). No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

If a product doesn't work as advertised and our support team can't resolve the issue, we will refund you in full.

Cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via a license key emailed to you within seconds of payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the license key has been issued. By completing checkout, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery — see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

If your payment is still pending or the license key has not yet been delivered, contact support@sellhub.io immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before fulfillment.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • The product fails to install or activate on a supported system.
  • The product is materially different from what was advertised on this website.
  • You received a defective license key that could not be replaced.
  • You were charged in error or your order was duplicated.
  • You were charged but never received a license-key delivery email after 24 hours (and not in your spam folder).

What Doesn't Qualify

  • You changed your mind after the product was delivered and activated.
  • The product works but didn't deliver the gains you personally hoped for. We publish typical performance ranges from internal lab testing; individual results vary by hardware, software environment, and usage patterns.
  • You purchased the wrong product. We'll happily exchange it for the right one instead.
  • The license was shared, leaked, or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team.

Partial Refunds

Time-limited licenses (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, 1 Year, Lifetime Access) are sold as a single one-time purchase for the stated duration. Partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time are not available once the license key has been activated. If a verified product defect is reported partway through a license term, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as a full refund, partial refund, replacement license, or service credit at our reasonable discretion.

Renewals of Lifetime Access (year 2 and beyond) are treated as new purchases and subject to the same refund conditions above.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sellhub.io within 14 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Your order number (sent in the original confirmation email).
  • The email address you used at checkout.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We typically resolve refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method, based on your bank or payment provider's settlement schedule.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If you see an unrecognized charge from "Sellhub Store" on your card statement, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve 95%+ of unrecognized-charge concerns within minutes — usually it's a forgotten purchase or a family member using your card. Chargebacks are expensive to defend and can be tagged as friendly fraud, which may affect your ability to dispute future charges with other merchants.
