This policy describes how Sellhub Digital Ltd. (Canada, Business No. 735420564BC0001) and our affiliate Sellhub Portal (UAE, Business No. 1202328) (together "SellHub Digital", "we", "us") collect, use, and protect your personal information, and explains our refund process.

Payments are handled by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. SellHub Digital is PCI-DSS compliant under SAQ D and does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers.

We retain order records for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Canadian and UAE law. Support correspondence is retained for 2 years. Fraud-related records may be retained longer for legal-defence purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@sellhub.io, subject to our legal retention obligations.
In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach that poses a meaningful risk to you, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and report to the competent authority where required by Canadian or UAE law.
Our services are not directed to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact support@sellhub.io and we will promptly delete the information.
By default we only send you transactional emails related to your purchase: order confirmations, license-key delivery, support replies, and important account or security notices. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately opted in. If you opt in, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email or by emailing support@sellhub.io.

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing pixels. You can opt out at any time using browser-level controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We protect your data with industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and PCI-DSS SAQ D compliance for our own systems (we do not store cardholder data; all card processing is handled by our third-party PCI-compliant payment processor). No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own.
If a product doesn't work as advertised and our support team can't resolve the issue, we will refund you in full.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly via a license key emailed to you within seconds of payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the license key has been issued. By completing checkout, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery — see Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
If your payment is still pending or the license key has not yet been delivered, contact support@sellhub.io immediately and we will attempt to stop the order before fulfillment.
Time-limited licenses (1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, 1 Year, Lifetime Access) are sold as a single one-time purchase for the stated duration. Partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time are not available once the license key has been activated. If a verified product defect is reported partway through a license term, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as a full refund, partial refund, replacement license, or service credit at our reasonable discretion.
Renewals of Lifetime Access (year 2 and beyond) are treated as new purchases and subject to the same refund conditions above.

We typically resolve refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method, based on your bank or payment provider's settlement schedule.
If you see an unrecognized charge from "Sellhub Store" on your card statement, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve 95%+ of unrecognized-charge concerns within minutes — usually it's a forgotten purchase or a family member using your card. Chargebacks are expensive to defend and can be tagged as friendly fraud, which may affect your ability to dispute future charges with other merchants.
